How Can I Make Money From My Phone Without Investment?
You want to make money from your phone, without putting anything in first. You also want to know that the offer in front of you is what it says.
“Without investment” is a promise, and a promise can be checked. By the end of this guide, you will know what that promise has to cover, how to check each part of it before you say yes, and you will leave with a short list to use on any offer.
We do guided affiliation. Other ways of doing this exist, and they are not wrong for being different.
What “without investment” has to cover
Four things. Nothing to buy or deposit before you start, and nothing to buy later, once you are in.
No device beyond the phone you already have.
The fourth is your time. That part does not go away. An offer without investment still asks for your time, and a fair one tells you how much.
The checklist, point by point
1. Nothing to buy to start
What to check: whether anything has to be bought before the first day.
Why: the US Federal Trade Commission, writing in 2023 about offers of work, describes people who end up buying starter kits, so-called training or certifications that turn out to be useless. A purchase presented as the way in is the first thing to look for.
How to check it: ask, in writing, “What do I need to buy before my first day?” The only good answer is “nothing”.
2. Nothing to deposit
What to check: whether you are asked to put anything down, even as a guarantee.
Why: a deposit is still something you put in before anything comes back, whatever it is called.
How to check it: ask whether any deposit or guarantee is asked, at the start or at any point after.
3. Nothing to buy later
What to check: what happens after the first weeks.
Why: an offer can start free and then ask for an upgrade, a higher level or a renewal.
How to check it: read what the offer says about the second month, not only the first day.
4. No device you do not already have
What to check: whether the phone is enough.
Why: a computer, a microphone, a light or a paid app is an investment too.
How to check it: ask for the list of what you need on day one, and compare it with what you have.
5. The time it asks, said plainly
What to check: how much time, and when.
Why: time is what you put in. An offer that will not say how much leaves you to find out.
How to check it: ask for it in minutes or hours, per day or per week.
What passes the list
The list does not tell you which activity to choose. It tells you which offers to leave aside. We ranked what can be started from a phone in the easiest side hustles to start from your phone.
To look further at any offer, the five questions in starting a side hustle with no experience go further than what an offer costs.
In guided affiliation
There is nothing to buy and nothing to deposit, at any point. You post from your phone.
What we ask is time, and we say how much: about 15 minutes a day, at hours you choose. The posting has to stay regular. It is a small extra, next to whatever else you do.
The list, to take with you
- Nothing to buy to start.
- Nothing to deposit, now or later.
- Nothing to buy later on.
- No device I do not already have.
- I know how much time it asks.
